We Are an Architecture Company with 40 Years of Experience

OHC group is a registered general building contractor, registered metal enclosure contractor in China. We are qualified to provide products which meet the high requirements of investors, users, and designers of modern industrial, commercial, and public buildings. Our products have been certified by FM approvals and ISO9001, and extensively used by thousands of construction projects throughout China and many other countries.

OHC’s Milestones

Our History

1983-1997

Entrepreneurial Stage

1983: Founded as a Building Materials Factory, producing corrugated iron, waterproof powder and color steel.

1987: Established 3000m² Iron Tile Factory, manufacturing contour plate and other frequently used construction materials.

1990: Setting up 6000m² Contour Plate Company in Beijing, engaged in contour plate producing and steel products trading.

1997: Established Xinlida Color Steel Products Co.,Ltd., taking up 8000m²,Producing EPS sandwich panels and color steel products.

1998-2006

Product Development Stage

2001: OHC Steel Structure Co., Ltd was founded in Beijing, taking up 25000m², manufacturing steel structures, color steel products.

2003: Setting up OHC Aobo Coated Steel Co., Ltd.,taking up 20000m², producing color coated steel sheet.

2006: OHC International Steel Structure Co., Ltd. 60000m², awarded Class Ⅱ Steel Structure Contracting Qualification.

2007-2014

Steel Structure Building Development Stage

2007: OHC Sihui Operation Center was launched. Awarded ClassⅠSteel Structure Manufacturing Qualification.

2009: Beijing OHC Ding Color Plate Co., LTD was established to introduce rockwool sandwich panels production line, making R&D in building envelope system, obtained dozens of patents.

2010: Obtained the First-Class Qualification of Steel Structure Contracting Qualification, contracted Shenyang Maoye Tower(273m).

2012: Acquired Xiangyu Grade A Architectural Design Institute and operated Beijing 768 Cultural and Creative Industrial Park Block B 22000m².

2014: Established building envelope system laboratory, obtained the international wind uncovering FM Approval.

2017-2021

Expansion and Upgrading Stage

2017: Established Hebei OHC Licheng Steel Structure Co. Ltd., the Lutai Base, 100000m², producing PEB structures and curtain wall products.

2018: Obtained ClassⅠGeneral Building Contracting Qualification. Introduced steel grid production line, completed OHC production line.

2019: Obtained Grade A Steel Structure Design Qualification. The Tangshan Lutai Base obtained Gold Award in Steel Structure Buildings. Completed several general contracting projects.

2021: Obtained the Special Grade of Steel Structure Manufacturing Qualification, established OHC(Tianjin) Steel Structure Co. Ltd., taking up 70000m², producing PEB structures.
